Tell them the options you have and say that the worst-case scenario is that the property will repossess, which will make it homeless anyway. Is the property big enough to cope with a three-generation family of this size? If there is no problem of overcrowding, I would expose a new lease, but I would probably keep it in one name – additional names will give more rights to more people and it could be complicated if one or more of them get their own place.
